My car for my daily ride to and from the ministry with its surprised driver. Here in Kabul you cannot escape a broken tire. The thickness doesn't matter. And the highlight: As the new car arrived a few minutes later it also has been brought closer to the road at the same corner of the car. If this wasn't higher power then I wouldn't know what else. / Mein Auto für meine tägliche Fahrt zum und vom Ministerium mit seinem überraschten Fahrer. Hier in Kabul kommt man um einen kaputten Reifen nicht herum, und sei er noch so dick. Und das Beste kommt noch: Als das Ersatzauto da war, war es doch tatsächlich fünf Minuten später an der gleichen Stelle ebenso tiefergelegt. Wenn das nicht höhere Gewalt ist, dann weiß ich auch nicht.
And once again suddenly rain in my street. Actually you just need one hand to count all the rain of my stay. / Und plötzlich wieder einmal Regen in meiner Straße. Im Prinzip kann man den Regen seit meiner Ankunft an fünf Fingern abzählen.
