Finishing of the selection process 2006 for new AIESEC trainees who will go abroad. During the two interview days we selected 7 out of 17 participants after about 200 students have registered for applying. The decision making review board in the interviews consisted of Lien Heidenreich (head of the Goethe-Institute), Veronika Picmanova (Deutsche Welle/Radio-Television-Afghanistan) and me. Personally I am really glad about the selection because we are convinced that the new trainees will have a special impact on the Afghan society which is shown by their personalities and outstanding activities besides their studies. / Das Ende des Auswahlprozesses 2006 für neue AIESEC-Praktikanten, die ins Ausland gehen werden. Während der zwei Interviewtage entschieden wir uns für 7 von 17 Teilnehmern, nachdem sich etwa 200 Studenten für die Bewerbungsprozedur registriert hatten. Das die Entscheidungen treffende Review-Board bestand aus Lien Heidenreich (Leiterin des Goethe-Institutes), Veronika Picmanova (Deutsche Welle/Radio-Television-Afghanistan) und mir. Ich bin sehr froh über die Auswahl, da wir überzeugt davon sind, daß die neuen Praktikanten besonderen Einfluß auf die afghanische Gesellschaft haben werden, was von ihren Persönlichkeiten und hervorragenden Aktivitäten während des Studiums unterstrichen wird.
